4. Service Delivery While we strive for “Service within 60 minutes,” this is subject to technician availability and location. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments Payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair or installation. We accept cash and digital payment methods as specified by the technician.

6. Limitation of Liability Riddhi Services and its technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the water purification system after service, beyond the cost of the service provided.
